School Policy
Requirements for
Completing the Course
Complete all instructional lessons in a course with a passing grade.
Students must answer all questions correctly to a level of 70-90 percent
in order to receive a passing grade.
After completing your course, a
certificate will be issued by the online provider.
Most
courses must be completed within six months from date of enrollment.
Each student has three months to access and review the course content
after completion of a course.
School Records
Tomlinson Real Estate School will maintain for a period of five
years, the following information in each student record: The student's
full name, address, date of enrollment and completion, course title, and
records reflecting satisfactory completion, as well as, the name,
address and telephone number of our school. In the event a certificate
is lost, a duplicate may be obtained by written request and a fee will
be charged.
Non-Discrimination
Tomlinson Real Estate School will not discriminate on the basis of
race, color, sex, religion, national origin, familial, or handicap
status in the establishment of fees, entrance qualifications or
standards for successful completion of any course.
Refunds/Cancellation
Any
student may receive a refund of tuition paid within 10 days of
enrollment, unless the entire course is complete. No refunds will be
given after 10 days beyond enrollment date or if the course is complete.
A refund/cancellation fee will be charged to the student. The amount of
the cancellation fee is 15 percent of the total purchase amount.

The
quickest way to solve most technical support problems is to visit the
Tech Support at the site. (90% of all problems can be answered from that
website).
