Must be at least 18 years of age.

No Felony Convictions -- See Idaho Real Estate License Manual
3.
High School Graduate, high school equivalency certificate, or GED.
4.
Two 45-hour Salesperson Modules
a.
Modules are provided at the North Idaho College Workforce
Training Center in
